Emergencies - Fire & Medical

In the event of an emergency, please dial 621 to notify reception. You can also dial 000 to obtain outside help, remembering to dial 0 first to access an outside line.

In the case of fire, please exit your room immediately, quickly and calmly and inform your next door neighbours as you exit. Please proceed to the emergency assembly area situated on the grass at the back area of the guest pool. A detailed fire map is located on the back of the guest room door.

If you require the urgent attention of a doctor or paramedic, please follow the Emergency procedure stated above

Checkout Time

Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure.
Should you wish to stay longer, please contact reception and every effort will be made to assist you.
Late checkouts can be requested, please contact reception and every effort will be made to assist you.
Extended stays and late checkouts are not always possible and cannot be guaranteed, especially when requested on the morning of checkout. Please call reception before 7pm to make a request.
Any stay exceeding 10:15am will incur a late check-out fee of $50 for stays up until 11:30am.  This will be automatically charged to your Credit Card.  Any stay after 12pm will incur a full night’s tariff. All keys must be returned to the Key Safe on Departure.

Express Check-In and Check-Out

Currently the Beechworth Motor Inn is operating a Contact less Check-In and Check-Out system. Information is sent to all Guests (where an email address is provided) explaining details on Payment and Key collection and return. Payment for accommodation is processed either at the time of booking or on the morning of arrival, depending on the rate chosen. On the morning of arrival, an SMS is sent to the guest advising them how to access their room key from the Key Safe (located outside reception). If you have incurred extra costs over and above the accommodation cost, these costs will be charged to the Credit Card you made the booking with. A receipt will be emailed to you on departure, detailing your stay with us.

Please return your key to the Key Safe on departure. Key Safe is located at the Front Reception Door

Breakfast

Breakfast is served to your room between the hours of 7am and 8.30am Monday-Friday and 7.30am and 8.30am Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. Breakfast orders should be places by 8.30pm.

Chargeback Facilities

We have an agreement with the Nicholas Hotel in town. Please phone reception for details. A $5 Chargeback fee per transaction applies.

Cooking & Food Preparation

The Beechworth Motor Inn does not have kitchen facilities for cooking and food preparation in guest rooms. Cooking and food preparation is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities. Please be advised that the Fire Department does charge a call out fee for attending false alarms which will be charged to your account. We thank you for your co-operation.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards.
Americal Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa. Personal cheques are NOT accepted.

A Credit Card fee of 1.5% applies too all transactions.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are available at the motel for guests. Please contact reception before using the Laundry. Charges Apply.

No Clothes or Towels are to be hung on stools, outdoor furniture or over cars.

Charges apply as follows:
Washing - $5.00 per load
Drying - $5.00 per load

Hairdryer

Every Guest room had a hair dryer located in the bathroom.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping team are onsite most days between 9.00am - 12pm.

For the safety of our staff due to Covid-19, guest rooms are currently not being serviced. (This is also explained in your booking confirmation).However, if you require extra supplies eg, Fresh Towels, Tea/Coffee Making supplies etc, please contact reception. Dial 621. and the items will be delivered to your room

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is available at reception for house guests during reception hours. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to call reception - Dial 621.

Luggage can be stored up to 6 hours after your stay if required. Contact reception to organise.

Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is open between the hours of 8.30am and dusk for Guests Only. However, hours may change when seasonal weather conditions prevail. All Children MUST be accompanied by an Adult whilst in the Pool area. No Diving, Bombing, Rough Play or Bad Language will be allowed. No Glass objects are allowed inside the pool area. The management reserve the right to close the pool area if any of the above is observed.

The Swimming pool may be subject to periodic closure during the day for cleaning/maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Pool towels are available from reception during pool hours. Dial 621.

The Swimming pool is closed over the Winter months.

Please also note that due to Covid-19, Density Numbers must be adhered to.
