No Smoking In or Near Guest Rooms

You will be charged an extra cleaning fee including carpet cleaning as well as the cost of
1 nights accommodation (as a minimum). Approximate charge of smoking in a room is $400. Please be considerate of others.

No Party Policy/Noise Policy

We want every guest to enjoy their stay, and experience a good nights sleep. As such, visitors are welcome only between the hours of 10am-7pm. Please ask your guest to register at reception. It is important for everyones safety that we know who is on premises. In the Covid-19 era that we are living this is more important. Please note that ALL guests coming on to the premises MUST sign in with the QR code.

No Pets Allowed

No animals are permitted in guest rooms or locked in your vehicle onsite. Only assistance dogs are permitted with prior disclosure & permission

If evidence of a pet (which is not an assistance animal) is found during or immediately after departure a surcharge of $100 (minimum) will be charged. Assistance animals only are permitted into accommodation.

No Cooking in Guest Rooms

Where kitchen facilities are not provided, cooking & food preparation in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities. Please be advised that the Fire Department does charge a call out fee for attending false alarms - we thank you for your co-operation.
